Homewood Suites by Hilton Bentonville-Rogers

Everything was great but the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Both my husband and I thought so. We did not sleep well .

The property was very nice, the breakfast was nice. My complaint was that they wanted a $50 deposit when checking in, just in case I might purchase something there. I don't like that some hotels, but not all, seem to want to take extra money up front and hold it in escrow for a period of time for no reason. They already have my card on file, they are going to bill me on that card for my stay and anything I do or use anyway. Just what seems like a overzealous money grab for no reason that would keep me from coming back to this hotel.

Bed hard tile slick in bathroom. Halls narrow and windy. No hot water in room until attendant turned on boiler in kitchen. Goofy. Better with a change of room to ADA. No gluten free options other than fruit at breakfast. We did not partake in

Size for price was AMAZING. Best hotel breakfast we have had on our two week long trip, staying at different places most nights. Had the pleasant surprise of evening drinks/snacks on the Wednesday we arrived.

Not much we didn't like. A few aspects of the rooms were a bit worn like the seat of the dining chair was almost completely peeled off. Air conditioning units noisy.

Close to many amenities.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices Room was roomy and confortable
