Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville

Bobbi was the best part of our stay she did all she could do to ensure that our needs were met!!! The complaints we had were totally out of her control such as ADA rooms left a lot to be desired, showers were walk in but lacked sufficient grab bars and no seat, no ADA toilet with a grab bars, and the other ADA room we were shown was a tub with grab bar’s and a seat but very difficult for a handicapped person to get in and out of the tub!! And also no ADA toilet. I believe that the above comment are all corporate issues!! With all of that having been said the rooms were clean and the food was good 😊

Very nice people at check-in and the hotel seems very new. Super easy to walk to pretty much anything you could need. Very happy that I won this pick, even though it’s my wife’s birthday road trip.

The doors to the rooms were loud when closing, up and down the hall.

Bobbie, the desk clerk, was most helpful as were other staff members whose names I don’t know. Pleasant stay all the way. Thanks
