My room is not ready still dirty

The very friendly staff.

Clean& comfortable. The one morning they only served sausage & gravy with biscuits instead of eggs. So we went out to breakfast instead of eating at the hotel.

Not clean. Wet, dirty towel still in bathroom. Mirrors very dirty! Property needs maintenance.

Clean and safe

This property was no where near Hampton Inn standards. Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming! But then! Assigned to room 314. Upon entering, my wife noticed the bath tub. It should have been replaced but instead they spray painted many large areas which made it look dirty and nasty! Front desk clerk was kind enough to move us across the hall to room 317. Same situation. We decided to just put up with it! Tried to close the door but impossible! Upon entering, the deadbolt came out and would not go back in. Off to the front desk again. Upon being told that every tub in the hotel was like that I asked to be moved back to 314. Tried to close that door but couldn’t. That lock was messed up as well with a different issue! I worked and worked on it the best I could. I finally I slammed the door as hard as I could forcing it closed! Then we were concerned about getting out of the room in the morning! The entire property is aged and needs a complete renovation! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our staff wasn’t the most pleasant experience, they put us in a handicap room and the description we booked said we would have two beds and a pull out couch for our family of five. I usually stay positive in difficulty, we made the most of it, but the front desk told us they would work it out for our next day, but when we returned, the next shift knew nothing about the arrangements and they were short and rude with us, this is unacceptable. If someone doesn’t not like their job knowing they accepted a hospitality position they need to remove themselves from the burden.

Nice property and very clean room. Thebes was amazing and I slept very well. Breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a mixup with Expedia prepaid room … it was showing it was declined by Expedia … so we had to pay at hotel … hope we aren’t double charged and this gets straightened out!
