Dayton House Resort - BW Signature Collection

Very close to the beach and the outdoor pools and facilities were nice. Lovely to have a small bar area for drinks and snacks. Could be nice to have live music or something.

The construction was a real drag.

The construction was undersold compared to how much was actually going on. It went all through the night and was very loud at early morning hours.

This property is advertised as a Best Western resort, but it falls far short of what most travelers would expect from a resort experience. I booked an ocean-view room, only to discover that my “view” was largely through a maze of other guests’ air-conditioning units. The noise was constant—HVAC equipment, traffic, and people at all hours. There was nothing peaceful or relaxing about the environment. The room itself felt dated and poorly maintained. The bathroom had low popcorn ceilings, the furniture was mismatched and worn, the wood finishes looked tired, and the mattress sagged noticeably. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the sheets were so worn they felt paper-thin. To make matters worse, there was a loud party raging at 3:00 a.m. When I called the front desk for assistance, I was told there was nothing they could do. That response was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling completely unsupported as a guest. The staff I encountered during the day were pleasant enough, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of my stay. And the cleaning staff was very kind and polite. After many years of travel, I can honestly say this ranks among the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

we really enjoyed our beach view.. and we really enjoyed the pool..... Loved how everything we needed was in walking distance... and breakfast was very good..... i loved how we was greeted when we entered.....

there was nothing to complain about. the whole trip was wonderful..... looking forward to coming back to visit..... a great place for the family

The view from our balcony was beautiful.

Beds were not very comfortable! We stayed in a 2 bed suite and the space near the window and ac unit was very tight as well as the space between the 2 bed and closet not enough room to open closet doors.

Everything was smooth and easy to find. Not hard to navigate
