The location is ok, nothing else

I ordered 2 Non-smoking rooms for me and my family to stay after a long day driving, when we arrived to the first room since we opened the doors the air was filled of cigaret, then I went to the other room thinking that was a mistake the made at the lobby because I requested a non smoking room and for my surprise the second room was worst. Immediately I went to the lobby office to talk to the lady in charge claiming a change of room due to the condition of the smell of tobacco in the rooms, and the front desk lady said that those rooms were a Non-smoking rooms so I told her that if she has no other rooms as I requested explaining to her that my wife has asma and we can sleep with that environment, kindly return my money and she said that sorry but she can't give me my money back and I needed to contact booking.com for it. I called Booking.com explaining the situation, and they did not give me my money back. I lost $400 so I don't recommend this Old and bad Smelly Hotel and booking.com for stealing my money

The property location was fantastic. The property itself, however, was so disappointing. The room had dust and the walls were grimey. There were cigarette burns on the vanity, and even the bed sheets! The lamp shades were broken and stained and the refrigerator leaked. The staff were rude and the policy of no guests for any length of time in your room is absurd. We were in town to see family and could not even invite them to our room. Overall I feel that the room was highly overpriced for how low rent it was

Nice and new interior make the inn more livable. Modern furniture , flooring brand new. Pest control killed the bugs. Fresh painted. I liked the place. Big room. Nice t.v. nice neighborhood. Good service house keeping. Storage space to hang suits etc.

Charged $5o for throwing away a nasty towel

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place is dirty and did not have the correct room and then wanted to charge additional $60 . It's in a very dangerous area as well. They have a NO lobby, only a tiny closet with bulletproof glass and a slot where you pay. The pictures do not look like what's there!!

Only positive thing i have to say is that they have hot water. I don't leave bad reviews if I only have one or 2 issues as it may just be me being over judgemental. However dont be afraid to spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

We did not like the property at all. We decide to leave the hotel an didn’t sleep on it. We book another hotel in Expedia (You can check your records) and move right away. The property is completely run down and the room was dirty and had a strong smell to tabaco and marihuana. We believe the place was unsafe and is not the kind of property you expect to find in Expedia.
