Relax Inn

Check in and out was easy, staff was friendly, room was good and as expected.

The room was in great condition. In good location with plenty of eats close by.

The ac didn't seem to be cooling good enough.

Breakfast not available. Liked fridge.

Noisy flooring, tired facilities. Vending machine appeared empty and unusable. Hotel layout meant you had to draw curtains for privacy. Smokers given more private rooms! Reception was a service hatch - unwelcoming.

It was clean staff was really helpful.

No snack machine.

I had booked a nonsmoking room. And the price was great! And when we got there, the lady at the desk said all they had was smoking. And I asked how bad smelling were the rooms. She herself told me bad they all stink of weed. So I asked if I could go look at the room. Not only did it stink of weed and cigarettes the front curtain that's over the air-conditioner had huge holes and slashes in it, the bed covers had cigarette burn holes all over it, and the shower looked like it had never been cleaned! Seriously.... it was horrible!! It felt so unsafe and nasty!! It was not worth the cheap price! We left and went to a nicer place! I asked the lady if I would be charged. She assured me I wouldn't. They tried to charge me anyways!! Grrrr.... please do yourself a favor and go somewhere clean and safe!

Horrible service from a horrible motel. Very old and outdated, shabby, squeaky bed, worthless mattresses. They gave away my reserved king room, charged me, and then saved a double for me, then charged me for new room and asked if it was ok ...as if I had a choice after traveling all day! Now haha wait for credit from double charging. Room clearly has a no smoking sign, but need Ike an old ashtray.. . And there was even an ashtray IN THE NO SMOKING ROOM!!!!!! What kind of nonsense is that?? No one should ever book here. Wanted to add photos but site won't let me
