Facilities were great, the whole thing where we cant report to reception for assistance was absolute nonsense.

We couldn't be assisted at reception because of the units ownership issues, mind you I do not speak French.

"A la hauteur de mes attentes"

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, et le confort des lits. La gentillesse et la disponibilité des responsables de l'accueil (Surtout Kenny je crois...) !!!!!

L'agacement, et la façon de parler du barman...(A recadrer !!!! et vite car à ce rythme, il risque de faire fuir les clients...) A la première soirée, une heure après l'ouverture du service de restauration, il n'y avait plus beaucoup de plats disponibles, beaucoup de personnes ont été désagréablement surprises... Le lendemain ils se sont adaptés...HEUREUSEMENT !!!!
