Location is brilliant, breakfast was good.

late checking in, excuse given was because they had a full check out and check in day, like they was only made aware of that happening on the day. service was lackadaisy. room was dusty with no shampoo.

Location is perfect Room was modern and spotless

There was just one occasion that let it down. As a solo traveler dining in the restaurant I felt like I wasn’t served as well as some of the larger groups. I was seated at the a table. Nobody came to take my order but I could clearly see the waiting on staff taking peoples orders at other tables. I was told to order at the bar. It was quite an unpleasant experience. The food was really nice though

Rooms are shabby and need a really good overhaul, mine had a sagging roof and cracks in the bathroom ceiling, very dated but suited my needs at a good price point.
