Inn On The Prom At The Fernlea Hotel

First time I’ve ever been at Anne’s and it was fantastic staff was so welcoming and friendly rooms was clean and over all location was brilliant

Have stayed here a few times now. Great hotel, very dog friendly, all of the staff are friendly and helpful, food lovely, good choice for breakfast buffet, entertainment during day and in evenings. Highly recommend.

Rooms can be stuffy but hotel provide fans

Convenient location and the staff were all lovely couldn’t do enough for you honestly, breakfast was really good too and they had gluten free options which was great.

I didn’t like the very outdated room and the cleanliness wasn’t the best, the bathroom tap had a constant drip which was super annoying when trying to sleep, and every time anyone in other rooms flushed their toilet it shook the whole room like a plane was taking off, awful sleep experience, could have just been that specific room so I can’t say for other areas of the hotel.

The room didnt have many plug sockets, needs updating to include USB charging for phones
