"Room was small, bathroom desperately in need of updating"

I liked the area and location of the property

The room was very small, bathroom badly in need of updating, i have added some pictures it’s not cheap yet i have paid cheaper and had much better accommodation, bath was very old disgusting water marks running rim the tap, toilet really old

Polite, helpful staff. Beautiful food, both breakfast and the evening meal was great. Fully accessible for wheelchair users . Parking was excellent. Able to park on private carpark. Clean , comfortable beds , we had a bath in our bathroom was a lovely big bathroom plenty of room. I've stayed here a few times over the years and always had a lovely experience. Will definitely return in the future. Towels provided, electric kettle, and tbags coffees milk supplied in the room which is great .

More or less everything The rooms were extremely dated Needs more time cleaning cobwebs than making fancy patterns with toilet rolls Never have I had a paper bath mat

Staff were amazing, so attentive. Beds were really comfy.

Bedroom was not clean, and the leisure centre could do with an upgrade.

Spacious rooms. Nice staff. Breakfast fine Hotel Common areas nice. Was easy to park. Rooms ready early

Bathrooms in dire need of revamp. Enamel peeling on all 3 rooms. Really grubby. Didn't fancy having a bath in there tbh. Charging for soda water ( I've never paid for this anywhere). Bar prices too high.
