I like the space and cleanleness of the hotel. The workers in the morning and afternoon were great the fat white lady who worked at night was rude as hell had a horrible attitude kept trying to tell my teenager she was roaming the halls and playing around but she wasn't. If every floor wasn't completely sold out of soda in every machine on every flood she wouldnt of had to walk on every floor trying to buy soda. I feel like I was ripped off of 200 for 1 night because I clearly asked if the hot tub specifically was working because I have stomach cancer and the whole reason for my stay was for the hot tub so I made sure to asked it was in working order before staying. I was told yes. Come 630 am I got to the hot tub and it's freezing all the way until check out at 12 so I feel like my money was not well spent and I was ripped off. I was told someone pressed the off button and it had to heat back up from 6 am till noon and it still hasn't warmed up is absurd to me. Please do better as a hotel. I wanted to stay more than 1 night but it wasn't worth it because what I went there for only worked for half the day. Very disappointed.

I liked that it was centered by many selections of food places.

The room wasn’t very spacious for the price.

Loved the pool. Breakfast was great, staff Ms Yolanda was awesome and the other staff were good also, 1st room bed was uncomfortable, but Ms Yolanda took care of it right away and the 2nd room was amazing had a great stay will be returning, it was a awesome stay

Need to check mattresses some need replacing Need to dust for spider webbs and spray for bugs cause summer is comming other then that great stay good staff
