Hôtel Champlain Vieux Québec

Très bien pour accueil, l’emplacement au centre de tout mais j’ai été très déçu du déjeuner qui était froid, pas de renouvellement d’aliments après 9h00. L’air climatisé m’a réveillé sans cesse durant la nuit car très bruyante. Par contre lit confortable et chambre propre

The staff were very lovely and accommodating. It was a fabulous service to have a place to park given that there is very little parking in the area.

Terrible parking!! We couldn’t fit our SUV in their parking lot or the one they sent us to. We had to stay at another hotel. They still charged my credit card!! Never again!!!

No warning on Expedia about lack of parking And one room was only available at 5 for check in

The property location is great, everything is walking distance, including SPAQ parking if required.

Area and hotel were very quiet, bed was comfortable, room was clean and the buffet breakfast option at $14.95 each was well worth the money. The hotel also offers free coffee, capucchino, water and ice, and free internet which worked well. The parking is a little tight if you have an SUV. Overall, I would rate the hotel as a 4.5 out of 5.

This property was in an excellent location. Loved our room.

Hotel was comfortable with a great location in Old Town and close to everything you want to explore in town by walking. Hotel was quaint but modern with a friendly staff. Only downside was maintenance and housekeeping. Brroken towel rack was never fixed and while housekeeping provided new towels and emptied trash they placed old towels from floor back on counter and did not make bed. Parking at hotel was convenient but be forewarned to arrange in advance as spces are limited and spces can be tight. Hotel advised in advance of certain car midels they couldn’t accommodate which was appreciated. I would recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience

Great location in old Quebec. Only issue for me was my SUV was too big for their parking, but the women at the front desk was super helpful and gave me the address to a parking lot that I would fit in.

This was a great location for our exploration of Quebec City. Charming location with a kind, helpful staff.
