Breakfast did not keep up with the amount of guests. There was no hot food (empty) at 9 nor any plates. It didn’t look as though it was going to be refilled. This definitely needs a big improvement

Need a person at breakfast to keep up with the food and cleaning the tables after someone left

"Great rooms and hot tub"

Room was great, super clean and comfortable beds. Hot tub was amazing! The gal at the frint desk was so nice and was actually happy to have us there. She was helpful and kind.

The evening gal at the desk was not very friendly. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location and both times she was less than pleasant. She was on her cell phone anytime we would come and go from the main doors. When I tried to ask a question, I would have to wait for her to be done talking before she would acknowledge me. In the room there was a large gap under the door that let in the hall lights and noise. I used the room towels to stuff in the crack to keep it dark. It wasn't perfect but it helped a lot.
