It was close to the event we were attending.

There was hair on the shower wall, plaster on the wallpaper in the bathroom. The bathroom door plunger was stuck, so it only latched if you fought with it. The double doors going into the bed room wouldn't lock either. The remote in the bedroom wasn't programmed to the TV so we couldn't control the volume or turn the TV on or off. I programmed it out of frustration. The bedroom heater was mediocre at best and by morning it was cold (roughly 55/60 degrees). At breakfast the front desk lady was swearing and complaining about syrup being on the tables. Neither of the ladies really seemed to want to be there. The hot tub was really foamy and there was a lot of floating particles. The smooth tile between the pool and elevator were slipperier than ice when we left the pool. The beds were more like bricks than a mattress. Overall, we left with a bunch of aches and pain and a generally terrible experience.

Breakfast was OK and the hot tub was nice.

Dated furniture in the room. Bed was uncomfortable and shower unit was loose. We went home a day early on a pre-paid reservation.
