Location and customer service! The manager was a delight, checking on us daily and with all guests. Front desk was also very kind and so receptive, generally i found the hotel’s customer service wonderful.

For booking there should be a clear description between categories of rooms

"Spring skiing "

I chose this destination & hotel to celebrate my birthday and I must say I loved everything about it, the hotel is perfectly located in the center and few steps from the gondolas station, nice restaurant options around the area, make sure you visit before the closing season as many good restaurants close on Apr 7. Good spa & friendly staff, highly recommended
