Hôtel de la Loze

The location of the LOZE Hotel was excellent, so close to the lifts the French Ski-School, also the ski-hire faculty actually in the lower level of the Hotel Building was very convenient as was the ski and equipment area adjacent to the hire shop. The large lounge next to the check-in and 24 hour concierge service was somewhere to sit with a drink provided , even cake and afternoon tea and coffee was very welcoming and breakfast served there for everyone until 10.00 a.m brought the guests in contact with each other in a family setting. the staff were all very open , helpful and interested in how we felt about the La Loze experience and Courchevel as a ski- resort

No complaints , we enjoyed a wonderful stay at La Loze and would be back without hesitation, Courchevel is to us St.TROPEZ in the snow.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Not inexpensive, but fairly priced given the quality and location of the hotel.

We arrived early and understood that our room wasn't ready so we went skiing but when we returned at 4:30pm we were told our room was still not ready even though everyone had to check out by 12 noon. we were told to wait another 30 mins without any reasons given and without an apology, not the kind of service we expected!

Location was great, staff was helpfull and nice.

If you like to eat your omellete almost burned, I definitely reccomend this hotel. I don’t know why they served this disaster to us.

I likes the hotel for its proximity to the slopes and shops. Everything was within reach and the hotel facilities were phenomenal. Room was a bit tight but ok for thise who stay out all day enjoying Courchevel
