La entrada del hotel, vaya la zona de estar

Pues pensaba que en el precio de la reserva ya estaba incluido el spa (para una noche me pareció bastante caro), el spa se paga a parte, y para colmo depsues de pagar 30€ por persona, no funciona al 100% los botones de los chorros van cuando quieren y habia que darle como 5 veces para que fuesen, la televisión no tenía señal llamamos a recepción y no nos dieron ninguna solución, pague por una habitación con vistas y las únicas vistas que tenía eran a los cubos de basura de un costado del hotel. Las almohadas parecían muy cómodas y todo lo contrario, La experiencia no ha sido buena, y creo que para el precio que pagamos, debería de haber sido un sevricio bastante mejor.

"Abandono del hotel"

La amplitud de la habitación ha sido impresionante ya que éramos muchos familiares alojados en el hotel y hemos pasado mucho tiempo en nuestra habitación jugando y pasando un buen rato

El abandono del hotel en general. No nos dejaron entrar en la habitación pasadas las 17:00 el día del checkin. En la celebración de Nochevieja que te impone el hotel tener que celebrarla ahí, el techo se caía a cachos con goteras a raíz de esa gotera tuvieron que cerrar el agua general y estuvimos casi un día entero sin agua en la habitación. Una pena , porque el hotel tiene muchísimo potencial. Le hace falta ponerle más cariño y empeño.

Pocas opciones para los que no quieren comer o cenar en el comedor, muy pocas mesas y no dar opción en el restaurante visto el poco sitio del bar

Que la habitación tenía bañera. El precio del spa era correcto.

Pedí una habitación con cama de matrimonio i al final fueron dos camas individuales. Cuando fuimos al spa, en un principio cogías hora para poder acceder (donde se daba a entender que era para acotar el número de personas) había bastante gente i niños incluidos (convirtiéndose en una piscina y no en un spa por el ruido que había). Algunas de las secciones del spa no funcionaban o estaban apagadas.
