Breakfast was ok.

The bathroom Floor needs to be scrubbed with a machine. The corners and along the walls caking with dirt and the cracks. Floor looks bad and dirty.

"Get rid of the robots!"

The guy at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL! HE did EVERYTHING he could to correct the problem which actually booking.com is to blame!

Booking.com confirmed my reservation, I received a few confirmation emails, however when I arrived at the hotel, my reservation or confirmation could not be located. I tried calling customer service but was continually connected to an Ai robot.

"Great stay and worth the money"

Absolutely nothing! The workers are rude, the pool was disgusting, no towels at the pool, all disheveled!

Everything, it’s the worst hotel we’ve stayed in.
