"I would not stay here again"

The indoor pool was NOT heated and the pool is why I booked this hotel for my grandchildren. The water temperature was 54 degrees! The staff said they “will look into it”. Our room was at the end of the hallway with garbage and a possum outside the window!! Plus the toilet took 10 minutes before you could flush it again

The breakfast was the only good thing about this place...and even that was sub par.

The staff is rude. The bathrooms are horrific. Our first room (because we had to switch) the faucet wouldn't turn off in the bathtub. The second room the toilet was hooked to the hot water...just imagine. The phones in the room are just props. And there's no directions on how to use the TV although you need a tutorial. It was the worst!! Will not go back.

Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The location was a little sketchy but it was ok.

The location and the parking. The area it’s in was really the full heart of the ghetto in North Charleston where tons of prostitution and drugs deals go on.
