Spacious rooms, friendly, helpful staff, hearty breakfast with a wide variety of local and continental dishes, and a convenient location.

There were occasional issues with the electricity cutting out in the middle of the night, but the staff were quick to respond.

The hotel’s central location is very convenient. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms are spacious and offer excellent value for money. All my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. A special mention to the room service team—Pravin, Sachin, Pradesh, Bishop, and Sunil—for their outstanding support. The security and gate staff were also extremely helpful. The reception team was courteous and professional throughout my stay, with special thanks to Yash for the excellent service.

It was for a business trip and it was a really good experience. The hotel is at a prime location near Santacruz with good connectivity. The rooms were clean and the food was really good.
