Room service staff are courteous and friendly and the breakfast buffet is good, room was fine

I stayed here for a week and I had to work from the hotel. Their internet is so bad, like soo bad. From day 1 I complained to them about the wifi and they kept saying they will fix it but to no avail. Every speed test on my phone laptop showed very slow internet, I was so surprised how could they have such slow internet in the midst of the city and in these times. So I went to the reception and asked can I connect to the internet that the reception folks use just to test their internet, they let me and voila they have HIGH SPEED INTERNET, but you wont get that on the other floors. So the reality is this - THEY HAVE REDUCED THE INTERNET BANDWIDTH ON ALL FLOORS FOR GUESTS AND KEPT HIGH INTERNET FOR THEIR STAFF. I complained many times as I was not able to work and even the TV in the room does not work without internet it keeps buffering.as it is GOOGLE TV. And nothing loads on your laptop and phone. Also the reception staff is not hospitable at all, when I said about the internet complaints they said the wifi is free so i cant complain, aree I paid for your property for 9 nights in advance and thats for all these facilities and you are telling me the wifi is your charity! WIFI IS A BASIC FEATURE THAT IS THERE IN EVERY HOTEL AND THEY FAULED IN THAT THIS MADE MY STAY MISERBLE AND I BOOKED IN ADVANCE FOR 9 DAYS SO I COULDNT LEAVE AS WELL

Good service especially food and room service and a dedicated team of the House Keeping and most grateful to them namely Mr Pravin, Kishore, Sarvan. Hemant and sunil kasharee. They did an excellent job and Bawa need to reward or give them recognition that they deserve

Outstanding staff and value for money. Stay was most enjoyable. Stephen Kinny from the restaurant and housekeeping staff, Saran, Sunil, Sunil K, Sachin and Hemant went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Will definitely stay here for my next visit to Mumbai.

We were quite hesitant travelling to India, especially with how things are in the world at the moment and having not been to India before. However, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, from the security at the front entrance to seeing Oliver at breakfast every morning. We had such a nice experience, and we highly recommend staying at the Hotel Bawa Suites.
