Hotel Bawa Suites

Great hotel near where i needed to be. Shout out to the room guys Sarwan Kishor Pravin Hemant and Sunil. They did a great job and were always happy and cheerful

Room was smelling. Linens were not fresh, felt itchy all night. Bathroom was not clean. Paid for 2 nights, but decided to leave after one night because of the issues. Hotel was inconsiderate and did not provide the refund to us for second night. Guest satisfaction points - 0

Food quality should improve Breakfast very very bad

The location was great for me and what I wanted to do. Bus stop very close and Bandra train station close. The breakfast was good. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. A special personal mention for Hermant who helped me out with a plug adapter issue I had.

There was nothing I would say I disliked. The only comment I would have as a smoker is that it would have been nice to have more seating and perhaps a table or two in the entrance smoking area.

Polite and proactive staff

Great, safe location, valet service and 24/7 concierge. Comfortable bed, great AC, nice bathroom.

Towels had some old stains.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean.

Noise at midnight and early morning

Room was well kept for me the boy's Kishor, Sarwan, Sachin,Karan and Hemant did a wonderful job...they are friendly, welcoming and take pride in their efforts....

This is a new, modern hotel located in the vibrant Bandra West area, offering a central and convenient base for shopping and sightseeing. The property features a good in-house restaurant that serves a well-rounded breakfast with both Indian and Western options, along with lunch and dinner, and efficient room service. The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed, with TV, air conditioning, clean bathrooms, hot water, and a kettle—all functioning perfectly, with spotless bed linen adding to the overall comfort. The reception (overnight Mr Steven?) and hotel staff are consistently kind, helpful, and hospitable, delivering a professional level of service throughout the stay. Its proximity to the airport and reasonable access to the metro make it even more convenient. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.
