Great Location, Comfortable genuine hospitality, welcoming and pleasant staff across departments. Very helpful and always smiling. A boutique hotel that punches way above their weight! They have a great selection of food and beverage in room service as well as a bar and restaurant ,and a nice breakfast. Enough food options around as well as time tested bars in the neighborhood. Guess this will be our address in Mumbai for the future.

Everything, from management, room service, house keeping and security and Bellhop ( Sanchit) My stay was the most enjoyable, amazing stay. Friendly, approachable staff, clean rooms, great aircon, fantastic service.

The tables and chairs missing from the entry, where you were able to sit and have coffee and tea in the open air.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! A must when visiting chaotic Mumbai.

When I arrived the toilet was not working, I called reception and they got it working by the morning. The WiFi also slow in the rooms.

Amenities, perfect. Service, impeccable. Noise level, acceptable. I had trouble with the level of noise from other guests on my floor. Management were more than happy to sort this for me. Cleanliness, perfect. Value, absolute value. Rooms beautiful. 5☆'s from me.

The hotel is really pretty, staff is helpful and kind. Location also is great if you are coming for an event because next door there is a renting place for clothes. I am so pleased with my stay! I can only recommend them!

Best place to stay at if coming for business and want to stay bang on linking road.
