Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should. I found it better than some other reviews lead me to believe.

The only thing good about the hotel was the service. The room was not as advertised, the smoke detector was sitting on the counter, the bathroom was nasty, the shower was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable.

Door handle to room was broken. Hotel told me about it upon arrival. Took five minutes to enter the room .

Dead COCKROACHES!! 3 of them in tub and bathroom. In a $95 a night room. It was obvious that the room had not been serviced for a while. At least their pest control was working. Low occupancy - now we know why.

Over priced! Taking advantage of the oil boom even though the motel was only 10% occupied. Pillows flat. Beddings dated.

I booked this room for my niece and her two boys so they could get off the road due to bad weather. She was upset that one of the towels was dirty and they would not give her a clean one. They were also rude at the desk. She said there was no breakfast available as I had been told when I booked. It was supposed to be held with my card and when she arrived, she would use her card that they refused to use. She was upset that it had to stay on my card. She works for a hotel group and was really disappointed in the service all around. She said she would never use that hotel again.

worst experience ever. Pay a little more and stay at any other hotel in the area. Manager is very rude, they don't serve breakfast even when they advertise it and they mock you when you get to the lobby looking for it

One of our gentlemen has to move too many roaches and anunts in room Other rooms said they also had some roaches
