the stay was okay, but they charged me twice! Avoid staying here if at all possible. I won't.

I went into the office n they didn't have my reservation. I showed the confirmation number but office attendant did not have anything on my reference number and wanted to charge a higher rate than what Hotel.com had offered. I left and booked to a different hotel through Hotel.com/ love Hotel.com it's easy n fast! Prices are great!

Please, don't stay here. This motel is a testament to everything that is bad about the oil field. Other guests had pulled the furniture out of their rooms and were drinking beer in the parking lot. The place was easiest entered through the parking lot of a truckstop/gas station. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom where the shower curtain rod had been pulled off at some point. There was a half pot of old coffee in the in-room coffee pot (and NO "breakfast" as promised by the hotels.com listing. The wifi was intermittent and very slow. The oilfield will pay for anything, and so the prices are sky high, and the oil field is used to living like trash, so, I doubt this place will clean up or invest in repairs. This is the kind of experience that would turn JR Ewing into an environmentalist. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY............Just don't stop in Monahans, Texas, ever. For any reason.

The area is high priced already and it's his room was bare minimum. Double bed poor wifi connection, coffee maker was missing the filter basket and the office didn't ole. Till 7:00 am

Dirty,awful "service", Price Gouging oil boom area, Insulted by the clerk, when we inspected the room we immediately demanded a refund. She told me, " That's your problem!" Advertised as Newly Remodeled. NOT!Hotels.com would not refund until they called the clerk. I told them that the clerk would not answer the phone. That is why we had to book it with Hotels.com in the first place. Hotels.com insulted me by offering $25 credit on our next booking! Do you really think I will ever use Hotel.com again EVER?

No hot water, 30 mins standing outside to get ahold of someone to check me in and gave me a queen room when I paid for a king and wouldn't make it right! Horrible place to stay.

This is one of the more affordably priced motels in the Monahans/Odessa/Midland area. Always book as far in advance in this area as construction and oil field workers often book up most of the rooms. The room looked nice. The bed was a little too firm for my taste but OK. TV was older (not a flat screen). My only real complaint is that the TV, microwave and refrigerator share one duplex receptacle so one of these 3 must remain unpluged at all times. They should buy an adapter or something.

The room was clean and the ac worked, but no internet or breakfast as promised. Pool was empty.

We were charged $107 dollars for one night because of the refinery workers being in town. I wouldn`t pay $20. The room was dark, dirty and scary! Bees were surrounding the empty pool and parking lot area.
