"Discriminated people with disabilities!"

The room and the pool

The staff threatened to call non emergency 911 and kick us out because my service dog barked once after she was oversteamulated by children in hallway, the manager said my husband attacked someone her in the hall way, didn’t happen can you view the cameras, she completely discriminated against me for my disability! This went on from for 4 hours

"another thing was that the elevator lobby was too small. hard to monored a luggage cart in & out."

Breakfast was not good. Potatoes were cold & not cooked well. Later I felt bad. It may have been food poisoning. I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE ALL DAY. Could not eat until late that evening. The next morning I skipped the breakfast. The sausage was under cooked. In expected better from Holiday Inn.

I did not like having to wait until 4pm to check in. When I did check they give me the wrong room. Had move to another room.

Enjoyed getntleman running breakfast in the mornings we were there. He was outgoing & courteous to everyone. Everyone we dealt with had a smile & would love coming back.
