"Not a happy stay."

Location to beach was great.

Several issues. - reservation was for 3 people. Only supplied with 2 towels had to get more. Once they cleaned room on 2nd day, they took the towels. There were no sheets provided for the pullout sofa. They did not have any pillows. -the sofa cushions were very worn and torn. - the blinds did not close all the way, no curtains either. -coffee pot in room did not work properly.

The hotel has been well kept. The staff is friendly and respectful. They offered parking and breakfast; it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Plus, we got a room with a view of the beach 🙂

"EVA'S are NOT welcome here"

The location was great.

I called ahead before booking to confirm ESA are accepted as i prefer Holiday Inn because they usually do not give me any issues with bronging them but I know all locations are different. Anyway i was told yes by a reservation apecialist I clarofed 3x thar they are ESA not Service Animals. The lady even put me on hold to confirm so I booked it. After a 4 hour drive with 6 children 4 who are autistic. Went to check in and was refused entry due to my ESA. For a hotel that doesn't accept emotion support dogs it sure smelled of urine in the lobby. So I was not too disappointed when they turned me away. However it took far too long for me to get my money back after I was refused entry. I found a nicer hotel for cheaper to accommodate me and was very pleased with me stay.
