Having to pay for parking was not acceptable!!!!!! Floors in our room were unstable & the bathroom tiles were cracked in multiple areas.

Love the rooms...clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that there was only one entrance to the hotel. Jesse the front desk receptionist was attentive, helpful and kind. Already planning another trip.

The parking lot was small and after a full day of touring the town and coming back and not finding parking was a bit frustrating since I did pay for parking.

The location was really good. Most staff was very helpful.

Didn’t like that one customer service agent said we could check out late,2 pm. When stoping by the front desk to confirm we would leave at 1:30 was told we had to check out by 11:30 and no budging. I was extremely upset due to being out of state and we made plans at 11 for a tour. And having to leave with all our stuff was inconvenient, That part was rather disappointing
