Valentin Son Bou

È un posto incantevole...posizione eccezionale, ogni sera c'era una cena tema, tutto a buffet anche a colazione. Tutto ottimo. Lo staff era perfetto soprattutto lo chef Manu... davvero simpatico.

L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è di rimodernare le camere. Sono ampie ma mi sembrano un po datate

A lovely hotel in a quiet location of son bou Hotel provide a daily bus to and from the beach free of charge which also passes the nearby town. Lots of sunloungers available by the pool and the hotel also provide towels for by the pool which you can change daily free of charge It was my birthday whilst we were there and they gave me a little cake in the restaurant which was a nice touch.

There was nothing we disliked just a few things to note which may be helpful to know ahead of your stay. There were a few additional charges for the safe €3 a day, €5 deposit for key and for the larger day beds round the pool are €20 a day. Our toilet was leaking water from the back onto thre bathroom floor, we did report this on a couple of occasions, the staff were very helpful but they were unable to fix it during our stay due to needing a part/plumber/timing which was a bit irritating but didnt take away from the holiday as the cleaner moped the water up each day and we just wore our flip flops in the bathroom.

Our stay at Hotel Valentin Son Bou was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly designed for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in Menorca. Every area of the property was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, with attention to detail that truly sets this hotel apart. What made the experience even more special was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel valued and cared for, from reception to housekeeping, restaurant staff with Ramón, Uxia, J. Ramón, Carmen, they were great and Ahmed on the grill, who cooked the best meats we have eaten in a long time. Also the entertainment was amazing with Matteo, the multitask man. The level of service of everyone was outstanding, you could see it and feel it even though we didn't get the chance to have direct contact with all of them. A special mention go to the hotel management, José Manuel y Aida, whose dedication and professionalism are clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel. It is obvious that the management team takes enormous pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience, and they have created an atmosphere that is both elegant and friendly. Another special mention must also go to the bar staff, specially Robert, Coral, Adrián, Juan Manuel, Ana, Ednaldo, Aina, Aitana, Lola, Sajin and Ouiza, who truly made every moment feel special. Their warmth, genuine kindness, and infectious energy turned simple drinks into memorable experiences. It wasn’t just about the perfectly crafted cocktails, but the way they welcomed us, remembered us, and made us feel like more than just guests. Each visit to the bar felt like catching up with friends, and that personal touch meant so much. The food, facilities, cleanliness, and overall organization were all first-class. The entire team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we, as guests, had a memorable holiday. Hotel Valentin Son Bou exceeded all our expectations, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. Just got back from this hotel. We were in an apartment which was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely with comfortable sun loungers and plenty available so there was no need to get up early to get one. The restaurant was great and it was some of the nicest food we’ve had in a hotel. The food in the pool cafe is cooked to order and fantastic. There is nothing to walk to here but the courtesy bus to Son Bou is every half hour. The animation team made the holiday for us. Mataus ( I might have spelt that wrong) is a real ball of energy and a really funny guy. At 6’4 he’s hard to miss, but he talks to everyone young and old. All the animation team work hard. They don’t push you to join in , but there is plenty going on if you want to join in. My favourite was water Tai Chi. All the staff are so friendly including the bar staff and waiters and it really makes the holiday feel special. We will certainly be returning .

Can not find a fault with location, atmosphere at hotel first class ,rooms very clean cleaning staff Excellent if I had a problem (a small one) is that the bathroom could be updated, Excellent value for money ,no noise anywhere. Services at this hotel are all excellent from bar staff restaurant staff entertainment staff cleaning staff all first class

Nous avons aimé que l'appartement soit spacieux au rdc. Le confort de la loterie, le calme, la propreté. La navette pour atteindre la plage toutes 30min. Les soirées a thème.

Le goût de l'eau du robinet est absolument 🤢. Eau minérale obligée. La cuisine n'est pas équipée de condiments. La restauration est à revoir mais je dirai comme dans tous buffets à volonté 5/10

L'hôtel est superbe, la situation géographique idéale. Les repas suffisamment copieux quoique nourriture industrielle. Le personnel fait tout son possible pour rendre notre séjour agréable. exemple, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car trop bruyante, notre demande a été acceptée. Le parking, extra.

chambres qui demandent un peu de rénovation, rideau de douche en plastique etc...Les chambres au RDC devant le bar n'ont pas leur place à cet endroit je pense.
