We have just returned from The Valentin Son Bou where we enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The hotel is top class and luxurious bright and airy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had the most delicious breakfast with a fantastic choice every day. Dinner was excellent with everything could wish for freshly cooked. We had a beautiful seaview room with a large balcony and panoramic views over the swimming pool and sea. We cannot recommend it highly enough and have booked again for October!

My sister and I have just returned from a stay in the Valentin Son Bou. This hotel really is exceptional. First mention has to be the staff team. Every member of staff we encountered was happy, smiling and attentive, including the Director and Managers who had a high presence and were very visible. All the staff genuinely wanted to be helpful and ensure that everyone had an enjoyable stay. Dante on Reception gave us a lovely welcome when we arrived and was engaging and helpful. There were numerous other staff in the dining room, lobby bar and pool bar who were so friendly and went above and beyond. We really appreciated it. The food in the dining room was outstanding every day. All freshly cooked and replenished quickly when required. The choices were amazing and we never struggled to find something to eat. We didn’t eat at the pool bar as it was always busy at lunch time but the menu looked fantastic, and other guests we spoke to raved about it. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and the drinks were all premium brands. The cocktails were lovely. The night time entertainment was of a very high standard with professional acts performing each night. Our room was in the hotel and was at the back overlooking a very quiet road. It was kept immaculately clean. The bathroom and corridor to the room were slightly dated but were clean and fresh and in no way detracted from our fantastic stay. The public areas of the hotel were fresh, bright, clean and welcoming, and there are many seating areas and quiet areas if that is what you are looking for. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas which are located in a number of different areas. The hotel is situated up a very steep hill from the resort of Son Bou. The hotel runs a mini bus up and down every half an hour which was a great service and we may have struggled without it. The bus driver was always smiling and friendly. In summary, the Valentin Son Bou is special and one of the most exceptional hotels I have stayed in. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful. We definitely intend to return.

As relaxing as ever. Thank you to Ramon in the restaurant, Adrian and Coral at the pool bar, Andrea's, and Maria and Carolina for looking after us like Kings. It is always a pleasure to visit and stay at Valentin, Son Bou. We have been visiting since the year 2000 and we will be back. We also appreciate the fabulous food in the pool bar and restaurant and all the waiting staff. We love the guy that does the KP and always greets us and makes us laugh. We would also thank the great bus driver who has taken us to the beach for many years, and the cleaners who keep the place immaculate at all times. There is a dress code for dinner, and it would be nice if some guests had the courtesy to follow it. We feel that when staff gave gone to such effort to provide a feast it is very disrespectful to wear football shirts and flip flops to dinner. Other than that a fab holiday. Great facilities, really great staff who were dedicated to giving great service

“Bali beds” by the pool took up space and were not used at all during our stay. Would be better to just add more free sun beds

Good choice of food options and premium drinks. Lovely Pool. Mateo and Juan were great.
