The hotel is spotless, the food is good quality and varied and the menu at the pool bar exceptional. Very good service from the staff who are all helpful and friendly. Especially Eddie and Carol at the pool bar, Ana in the premium bar and Ivan in the restaurant. Lots of varied activities to try - archery, molkky, water polo, water volleyball, pétanque etc. It’s good to see management being visible too checking up on things. The rooms are fine. Nice sea view from my spacious balcony. Lots of wardrobe space. Bath is quite narrow but good water pressure from shower. It’s been said before that some of the hotel decor needs updating but this does not detract from the experience. A previous review did comment on the issue with the water going off for a few hours one afternoon but this was a local issue that sometimes happens on Menorca and not down to the hotel. It did not cause any real issue to be honest as was back on after a few hours. I would recommend this hotel and recommend upgrading to premium.

Excellent Hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention for ANA & NORA who worked non stop in the premium bar. All food good , especially the snack bar next to the pool bar. We will return next year.

Tout était bien

Presenza del bidet in camera, camera ampia con terrazza vista mare. Piscina interna adults only per una nuotata tranquilla all’ombra.

Mancanza di semplice acqua tra le bevande offerte al buffet della colazione. Qualche piccola ristrutturazione (cambio moquette nei corridoi e rivestimenti in alcune zone) darebbe una marcia in più ad una struttura già ottima.

Decoração do quarto/kitchenette e a casa de banho necessitam de uma renovação. Os hóspedes têm o hábito de deixar as toalhas nas espreguiçadeiras para as reservar.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, camas cómodas, baño bien y las instalaciones exteriores como zona piscina, baños, bar piscima estaban muy bien en esta época con posibilidad de coger hamaca llegando al hotel por la tarde, tras visitar Menorca. Buen desayuno, variado y amplio y buen servicio.

Por poner un pero, la cocina del apartamento se queda un poco corta, cubertería contada, nevera pequeña pero porque el hotel trabaja mucho con el todo incluido.

Amazing hotel, upgraded our room to a large family room at no extra cost. Staff are so helpful, great breakfast. Best 4 star hotel I've stayed in. Will stay again, highly recommend.
