The hotel was clean and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast tended to boring a selection of fruit and cereals to chose from or a self service English, but the same thing every morning became boring and I feel that a four star hotel I would like breakfast served to my table and there to be a choice of breakfast. I found some of the serving staff had poor English and occasions a bit rude. The shower head in our room was broken which I reported to reception but nothing was done about it so had to fashion a repair myself.

Please don’t go here on full board as the food is not great and they don’t change the menu. The best thing at this hotel is Keanu the bar man. He has made our holiday, what a great guy. Also on the food front lots of flys in the restaurant. It’s a shame the place could be good. Also the the other staff are great, but the manager just told us to get in touch with the people who we have booked the holiday with and he wasn’t interested, just palmed us off all the time.

Nice and cosy hotel. Comfy room, proper size bathroom. Nice and polite staff. Car park is relatively small and overflowed. Tasty breakfast but poor hot drinks selection.

Hotel is nice. Nothing amazing. Its starting to be in need of a bit of TLC in places. It was clean, pool was nice quiet location. Staff were very freindly and couldnt do enough for you. Breakfast was nice with a decent selection. Unfortunately the evening meal was not great and very pricey. The menu was limited and didnt change, our food was very average which was a shame, we ate out the other nights or got a takeaway. Overall we had a nice stay here, but needs a bit of of work on the evening meal.

Had a bad experience the first night and the casual staff struggled. However as soon as Vince the manager was aware he went above and beyond to turn things around. He turned a Fawlty Towers experience into an enjoyable holiday, proving that great staff matter who really put customer service first. The hotel is nice, small and traditional. Ten heated pool is lovely in spring. As a small hotel it’s hard to get more stars due to facilities but having stayed in many 5 star hotels, I was happy here (which is a compliment for a 3 star hotel).

the room was very comfortable and clean and small issue of no tv remote was quickly sorted by staff. Staff on reception and in restaurant were polite and accomodating and tolerant of a large group! It was a very pleasant stay.

A fantastic stay. Everything you need at a very reasonable price. Staff were both friendly and professional, always going that extra mile to offer help. Very convenient location with supermarkets, beach, golf course and cafes within walking distance. A very convenient and very cheap bus service that serves.the island, is on the doorstep.

Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Comfy bed and loads of hot water. Excellent breakfast!
