Commons areas throughout hotel were dirty. When we first got to pool it had a film over the top, that should have been first clue to not let kids swim. Then, within our 30 mins at the pool we saw/killed 2 giant cockroaches. Took them to show front desk and all he said was “sorry. They won’t be there tomorrow. It’s summer so there is bugs.” Both beds had thin, pilled sheets and there were crumbs in both beds. One comforter had what appeared to be a blood stain. The pillows were flat and pillowcases thin. We opted to check out early and book elsewhere. We did bring our concerns to the person at the front desk and were told we could not get any type of refund and honestly he didn’t seem all that shocked or concerned by our complaints. Do not stay here. Oh and the “hot” breakfast was a joke other than the waffle maker.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Cable on the tv was good. Breakfast and pool was good.

My main complaint is they did not lock the door going outside to the parking lot. Also, the king bed could be more comfortable.
