The breakfast you had to microwave it yourself to make it a hot breakfast

Location and value for our dollar.

Knock before entering. When a guest is checking out, knock before entering NO MATTER WHAT UNTIL THAT GUEST HAS FULLY CHECKED OUT!

We checked in and were given the keys. Flying and dead Lady Bugs everywhere! I went to the desk and told the couple there and they said they had trouble with this room before. This was the 2nd room given to us, as the first room was to be upstairs, no elevator. With 3 back surgeries this past year I am not able to climb stairs. So a third room was given, a king size bed, but my husband said it was not suitable either. We asked for our money back to find a better hotel and the manager said it was too late for a refund. We did sleep in the 2nd room and the bed was ok, no bugs that we could see. Many in the bathroom however. they are not dangerous, but you don't want them for room mates.

Good location

Noisy, people above us every time they walked across the floor it sounded like they were stomping. Could hear people talking, laughing at odd hours. Heater was either to hot or too cold. Bed was hard, woke up with backache every morning. Pillows were lumpy. Room was very dark. lighting inadequate. Sour sewage smell in hallway got worse every day. Not enough towels for 2 people. Breakfast was waffles or cereal, no eggs or meat.
