"Not happy from Illinois "

Breakfast was inedible. My bed vibrated from the pool filter motor. Also the pool that we were excited about, was shut down by the Nebraska State Inspection Department. The room was cleared of garbage once in a three night stay. Towels were never changed. Beds never made. Stained towels in the room with letter on the desk threatening a $20 charge if we stain one ourselves!

I got a reservation for the same day.

The room was okay. Breakfast on the morning.. No staff was seen anywhere. The milk that was laid out in a pitcher, was sour. Disgusting.

Staff is wonderful and quick to resolve any problems. The breakfast is continental with the addition of biscuits and gravy. Plenty of parking.
