The biggest pool was closed under renovation but they didn't say it in advance.

Las camas muy altas no habia donde poner la ropa la alberca esta en reparacion todo muy austero

Many motorcyclists park right in front of the entrance, this could be a plus or minus depending if you have a car or not.

I was without television for the length of my stay. They told me that it was the provider that had the problem. However, there were other units that had service. I don’t believe I was given accurate information.

I had a wonderful time at this establishment. I have no complaints at all. I plan on vacationing again soon and this will be my first choice.

Manned gated entrance at all times. I also loved the massages. The central Cabarete location allows you to walk almost anywhere. They also offer complimentary beach lounge chairs for the playa.

Nothing, everything was at our above expectations.

Me gustó mucho donde estaba el hotel, me gustó mucho su cama firme y cómodo y la temperatura agradable que conseguías en la habitación.

No me gustó nada algo muy recurrente en algunas zonas turísticas de la isla. cuando hice la reserva no la pude pagar, algo que ya me avisaba de que cuando llegara al hotel , el precio seria diferente. Yo me preocupé de poner el precio en pesos dominicanos en Booking para saber lo que tendría que pagar en cada sitio, y en el precio del hotel, siempre booking te ponía debajo que además había que pagar los impuestos, hasta ahí todo ok. Pero en este sitio, cuando llegué y fui a hacer el check in, me decían que el precio de la habitación no eran los pesos que ponía booking, sino que eran los dólares que ponía booking y que el cambio era el que les hacia el banco de al lado del hotel, que evidentemente no coincidía con el real.... Total que en un país que tiene su moneda, los precios te los marcan en dólares y el cambio se lo sacan del banco que mas les interesa....
