El lugar es muy lindo y tranquilo, tiene área para niños y piscina también, me gusto muchísimo

que necesita un poco de mantenimiento en la piscina (arreglar los azulejos), había muchos mosquitos por la Laguna que está en la zona.

Great location. Spot on near the beach and you don't hear any of the noise from the street. Great value for money. The staff is nice and very friendly.

Unfortunately, 1 of the reception staff purposely gave wrong info regarding certain facilitations of the hotel, just to suit her own ease of life. The cleaning staff should stop yelling in the corridors in the morning, so the night crawlers have a smoother sleep. The swimming pool could use some restauration. They should enforce their non-smoking rule in the building. The corridors frequently stank from marihuana. Nice to have: A door tag, please do not disturb, to prevent the staff from entering the room while you sleep.

The pools were huge and the staff were great. Perfect location.

The room was only cleaned twice in a week. The towels were only changed twice also.

No shampoo or anything other than a soap and towels. Whole place is pretty but feels run down and door handle is wonky to room. Needs an upgrade. But great location and AC works so that's good!
