Shower not working well. Lot of mosquitoes. Several things not looking good
We stayed there on our way from Crater Lake NP to Portland The hotel was convenient for Crater Lake NP The sink was blocked so couldn't use it. I got impression they knew about it but didn't tell us The internet was really slow

Basic, don’t take a shower.
We have stayed here several times before and like the fact that it is an older building in a quaint little town. They do try to keep up with the latest in entertainment on the TV.
It was quiet. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low.
My stay at the Dawson House Lodge was just what i needed after an exhausting week. The room was comfortable. I esp liked that it had a sofa to sit on, frig, microwave, and air conditioning. Im pretty flexible so i didnt mind the large noisy train that passed by several times in the evening. While comfortablee, for the price i paid the place is dated in its decor and bath. The property is also listed for sale so fuertu uests may have a different experience.

The Dawson House lodge is past its prime. It was a place to sleep but not much more. It was loud due to proximity to the hwy, and without charm. Not worth what we paid.
