Grand Hotel

The staff were wonderful. The bed was very uncomfortable. Seemed to eant to roll you out. Pillows have absolutely no support. There is no traction in the bathtub, which is a problem for is older people. There are limited ice machines on the property. They are remodeling the pool and resturant, but the rooms need updating more! Again, I could not have more praise for the staff. They were wonerfull!

Every thing else

We stayed here to park and fly. Staff was great and room was fine. The property is under renovation so there was no restaurant or pool at the moment. Shuttle service to the airport was quick and friendly.

No amenities. Hotel under construction. No advance notice of NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST INC, NO RESTRAUNT. When you book a hotel based on these amenities for a reason, it is a real shocker to not have the pleasure of enjoying yourself.... I personally believe that we should have been advised of the construction and closure of everything but the room. can you get your money back?

Smokefree place but reaked of strong smoke odor, building walls were chipped, curtains ripped. Old towels left outside my room by housekeeping from previous occupants and was never picked up during my entire stay.
