Renovations ongoing for over a year on same area of hotel. TV's haven't worked in over 9 months. Mold heavy on shower curtain. Room itself smelled funky.

This property has been under renovation for the last 9 months. Basically the restaurant, bar, and pool areas. They don't know how long it will last either. The rooms smelled funky, Shower curtains were moldy, and they don't have any TV service (never had it 9 months ago when we stayed either). We did stay in the KING SUITE rooms everytime too. So much for an upgrade. Never going back.. This was the 3rd time within 2 years and same thing everytime.

It’s very close to the Minot airport and the Minot State University campus. It’s a big place undergoing renovations. Once complete, it should be very nice.

Ongoing renovations. My room was on the top floor in the section being renovated. My room was clearly incomplete. TV wasn’t plugged into anything, drop ceiling tiles missing, and worst of all, the glass door opening out to the poolside walkway had no latch, so not only could I not lock the door, I couldn’t even close it properly. Front desk was dismissive, but eventually sent a facilities tech after I insisted. The tech expressed an apology, but said there was nothing he could do. The hotel was full so I couldn’t be provided another room. I wound up having to wedge a chair between the sliding door and the wall all night.

The room was dirty, toilet seat broken underneath an it looked as if someone got sick o the TV in the room.

I didn't like the fact that I got my room for you guys and showed up there and there was no room scheduled for me and I talked to you guys on the phone at the same time I sent at the motel and you couldn't figure out my room so I went and got a room somewhere else and I didn't get my money back from you guys and I really appreciate my money back

It was way to hot this time around.

This hotel is under renovation and should not be offering rooms right now. Hall and elevator carpets are filthy, there is no breakfast or restaurant service, and the TV cable doesn’t work. One face cloth for two guests. And the redecoration was questionable at best. The staff are very pleasant however and it was quiet - that is probably because there was no one else staying there. At least the wifi worked. We got charged an outrageous rate considering the state of the property and lack of amenities.

It was very clean, we booked a suite room which was perfect. Great if someone wanted to stay up later or get up early to watch tv and not disturb others.
