Grand Hotel

It was just a nice stay. Room was okay along with the bed amd hotel itself

I was kind of disappointed that the amenities usually offered weren't available due to construction. When I initially booked, everything was available (I booked really for in advance for the fair) but upon arriving, they didn't mention anything, I discovered based on signs that were posted throughout the hotel. It was clean for the most part as well, expect within an hour of being in the room, there was fruit flies. Overall it wasn't bad, but I wish they'd update guest that booked prior of any construction and amenities that won't be in use

The shower head is too low!! Had to bend to wash my hair! I’m only 6 feet. Shower heads should be higher! Water will always come down

Room was nice and very cool. Since it was hot out.

Couldn't get the TV to work. Cable didn't work

The building is undergoing a remodel. The bar, restaurant and pool are closed. My room was 80° for the two nights my children and I stayed there. Not to mention the cable wasn’t working. The water was so hot I could barely shower in it!

Construction was going on for renovation.

Hotel is under renovation but room was very clean and staff was extremely good and friendly. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to see again when all renovations are complete.

We had a nice quiet stay over the fourth of July. The hotel was very quiet, the staff was accommodating.

There is construction in the pool and the bar and restaurant until later this fall.

When booking this hotel I was told they have a pool and restaurant on site. However the hotel is going through a renovation and both were closed. I was unaware of these situation

Air conditioning did not work in room

When we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant, bar, and pool is closed due to renovations. Then our mattress had literally a hole on one side and the TV did not work.
