Unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet expectations The bathrooms were very dirty, which was quite disappointing. The staff was also not particularly friendly or helpful, and communication could have been much clearer. For example, at check-out we had to go back to our room because we had not been informed the day before that we needed to return our bed linen. It gave the impression that the work is not taken very seriously, which affected the overall experience. We didn’t use the common areas, so we can’t comment on those. However, based on our stay, there is definitely room for improvement.
