Felt uncomfortable and unsafe being there

You get what you pay for.

It served its purpose of a place to sleep. It wasn’t very clean and they said there would be a breakfast, but there wasn’t.

The staff was nice, but if i would have seen them.on the street i wouldnhave thought they were drug addicts. They appeared to be living at the hotel and work there for their rent. Breakfast was some brwakfast sandwiches, bananas and prepackaged cereals on the counter along with bottled water, OJ and milk that was just sitting out. Th room was clean, but thats about all I can say. The room.next to me was propped open for the 2 days i was there with nothing foing on in it - messy sheets like there was no servixe on the weekend. The only reason i felt safe was because this is Wascea and what kind of criminal element would live in Waseca.

The location

No coffee machines or microwaves in room plus no coffee made in lobby had to run to gass station to get my coffee

Waived pet fee which was nice due to other inconveniences

Property is under new management and undergoing updating and renovations. All of this considered found my stay extremely enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again and look forward. To seeing how things improve over time.

very limited tv channels. only one exit availablr. internet lasted only 59 minutes and would disconnect you.

My daughter pulled up and said it looked like homeless people were camped out and didn’t feel safe enough to even go in. Then they refused to refund either night. Total waste!

We came in on Wed. afternoon and left Sunday morning. Our room was not cleaned even once. I had to ask for clean towels and trash bags. I did bring it to their attention Fri. morning but they just said they were real busy.
