American Motel

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. The water pressure was perfect.

The tub was very deep - nice for a leisurely soak - but hard to get in and out of. It was also slippery (probably because the water was so soft) and there was no bath mat inside the tub. There were no grab bars. For some seniors, the tub could be potentially dangerous.

Stayed 1 night and it is fine for that. Any longer and I'd choose the other hotel in town. The rooms are dated. They are clean, but may not feel that way. The TVs are tiny and the remotes not very easy to work. No snacks or drinks at the front desk and the vending machines only take cash. The shower was good. The beds were fine.

Good parking, easy entrance to the rooms. They accommodated having a pet for $10 additional. Close to restaurants as well as gas stations. I would gladly stay there again.

A very subtle musty smell in the room - but nothing major.

Clean rooms & good customer service. The grounds could use some weeding and maintaining.

Wonderful and friendly place to stay while cleaning up from the flood! Owner was extremely helpful and communicated easily about everything we needed! Will recommend and stay again!

I only had one breakfast...Sun. morning.....Could use egg and toast...know it would be hard to please everyone!
