The only side i wasn't a fan of, was the fact that they don't accept NZ Proof of Age cards even though they're Official ones.. I get this is a Hostel, but i found this odd and if i didn't have my passport with me then this could have been an issue!
NZOk so different people have different needs. I need a clean bed and strong shower. I thought the bed was very good and the housekeeping manager was helpful. Gemma in particular and some of the others at the reception were helpful. Some people left because they wanted a better kitchen. I thought it's will equipped and kinda nice. And, it takes me over a week to start using the kitchen so I am not an immediate kitchen enthusiast.
No real complaints. It's a pretty decent place and the price is good, the building is a masterpiece and definitely five star if only in heritage and architecture. I wouldn't mind some milk powder in my tea and some showering gel in the bathroom

L’ostello non è il massimo in pulizia. Il cattivo odore si avverte subito all’entrata. Per fortuna la camera aveva le finestre che abbiamo lasciato aperto tutto il pomeriggio fino al rientro. I lenzuoli erano tutti macchiati
