Nice stay

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. There was a few issues with the room. The carpet was dirty in places as was the inside part of the window. The bathroom fan didn't work and the refrigerator kept cutting in noisily all night.

I have stayed here in many occasions and it’s always been very good. The receptionist and staff throughout are always very pleasant and helpful on any questions you may have.

Had major issues with the room temperature and furnace running non stop. Was extremely hot in room. Staff was accommodating trying to fix the problem. Lots of traffic noise too.

The Good: - Good price - Roomy Suites - Good in room coffee - Clean & comfortable - Great Staff - Underground parking The Not So Good - No weights in the fitness room, just cardio equipment crammed into a small space. - Poor wifi. I’ve stayed her a few times on business and each time the wifi craps out when streaming or trying to download files for work. - Overhead door controls to underground parking freeze when too cold. Had to call the front desk a couple of times to open the door from inside. Overall it a nice place for extended stays for the price. If it wasn’t for the wifi I would be returning on a regular basis.
