Excelente ubicación y estancia

El restaurante no tenía opciones en el desayuno y demasiado tardado en la asistencia , no había quien ayudara a las maletas y me cobraron doble y después hicieron la devolución

I make my payment for Expedia and I spouse I don’t have to pay more money, but they charge me more money! Inaceptable!

The rooms

Someone crash my car at the hotel park by night and no one noticed, and is a big damage tmand they dont take responsabilitity of nothing, even ir they have survienllance entrance in and out and cameras all Over the place, they taped the event, and didnt noticed me about the crash! Im very upset, cause they took all the information when you arrived avout yor car, color, model, type, license plate, and they allowed to lesve the property without any payment about the damaged they made on my car!!! Im very dissapointment, upset, frustrated about the way they pretend that nothing happend…i was looking for comfort and security for my childs, and result to be a nigthmare hotel!!!

Excelente ubicación, pero la atención del personal y el servicio en general es malo. No hay toallas faciales en el baño, y le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel. El precio es demasiado elevado para un hotel que con trabajos llegaría a dos estrellas. El servicio de restaurante es bueno a secas.

Bad internet connection. The wife reaches almost everywhere but is awfully slow. Gym: almost everything in there gym is broken, the remaining things are in such a bad shape that they are hardly usable. Good things are very friendly staff and a great restaurant and nice rooms.
