Sierra Huasteca Inn

En general todo estuvo bien, con excepción de servicio de internet, es de muy baja calidad, llame a recepción me contestaron que lo arreglarían, más no hubo tal corrección. En el restaurante la atención es lenta, pues solo un mesero atiende a los comensales. Es una pena que siendo un hotel no barato no esté en buenas condiciones.

This is a very good place and it contains all the basics, for resting and visiting the main places of huasteca potosina. Most of tours can pick you up here to start the travel. Prices are OK, my regards to all staff, they're incredible kindle and effective. Maybe one suggestion, to climate the inside pool. Food is OK on the restaurant, there's Wi-Fi and parking included!

Uno de los mejores hoteles en Valle. Su apariencia y mobiliario es muy similar a los teles de marca de Estados Unidos, la recepción y el cuarto muy cómodo independientemente si da a la calle o a la parte de atras del edificio. Pros, tiene una alberca en buenas condiciones, el restaurante si bien es sencillo es muy bueno, y la seguridad del hotel es muy confiable, cerca de una tienda de autoservicio y muy próximo a la avenida principal, y el personal muy amigable. Contra, faltan algunos detalles en el cuarto (cosméticos y papelería), las almohadas no son lo mejor (muy planas) y el baño tardaba en irse el agua de la tina, el precio un poco caro comparado con establecimientos similares.

Había cucarachas en el baño y me tardaron más de media hora porque no encontraban mi reservación

Es un muy buen hotel para conocer la Huasteca, tiene ya sus años pero está cómodo para desplazarse a Tamul y Tamasopo.

Muy caro para el tipo de hotel

This hotel, sure looks nice in the outside and the inside but is pricey bed uncomfortable if you are traveling from the United States, don't expect the same service as the equivalent price, I was expecting better because leaving in Mexico is cheaper than US but this isn't the case. Also I'd found out that they charge me 30% higher than the locals so they're discriminating.

One of the better if not the best hotels in the area. Secured parking so don't have to worry about your vehicle, very good wifi and decent beds and magnetic entry keyed room. However there are short comings, no frig nor microwave in double bed room. No exhaust fan in the restroom and the indoor pool did not smell like a pool should. The restaurant service was slow due to the being understaffed. I would stay here again but do not care much for the price. But for the 20-30 dll diverence
