Older property, pillows smelled really bad.

Great hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Large pools, plenty of sports facilities, and a fantastic 24/7 sports bar with all-inclusive food and drinks. Highly recommended!

While the hotel has many positive aspects, there are some areas that need improvement. The quality of the food and alcoholic drinks did not meet our expectations. Another issue was the beach condition due to the large amount of sargassum seaweed. We understand that this is a natural phenomenon and not the hotel's fault, but we expected a higher level of beach cleaning compared to what we saw on nearby public beaches. As a result, the sea was practically inaccessible during our stay. We would also recommend that future guests bring insect repellent. Mosquitoes were a significant problem, and we found 10–15 mosquitoes in our room almost every day.

La experiencia fue pésima en relación con la habitación. Volvimos porque en noviembre fue nuestra luna de miel y la pasamos muy bien, pero esta vez la experiencia fue totalmente diferente. La habitación fue un desastre: sábanas rotas, la tapa del inodoro despegada, el porta papel higiénico oxidado, el baño con un fuerte olor a ácido, el desagüe del lavamanos roto y, para completar, el aire acondicionado prácticamente no funcionaba. La temperatura dentro de la habitación era demasiado caliente, lo que hizo la estancia aún más incómoda. Preferíamos pasar el mayor tiempo posible fuera de la habitación para no tener que estar en ese lugar. Y si desean verificarlo, fue en la habitación 3354. Además, durante el desayuno, una camarera se molestó porque, al parecer, nos sentamos en una mesa que acababa de limpiar. Se llevó las copas de la manera más grosera posible y sin medir sus palabras, dejándonos una muy mala impresión. Lo más decepcionante es que regresamos porque teníamos un excelente recuerdo de nuestra visita anterior, pero lamentablemente, la calidad y el servicio estuvieron muy por debajo de lo esperado.
