10 stars out of 5 .as a rule I don't normally do reviews but this time I felt I had to I was at the hotel for a family wedding in may 26 the hotel/venue is unique in its self. the staff well what can i say from the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome and nothing was to much trouble for anyone Reception staff to all the wait staff I felt all went above and beyond there duty to help with anything at all I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Ireland.an extra thank you to the member of staff who managed to get me some shaving cream as I forgot mine on the day .

Ciara In your spa section was the best masseuse I have ever went too - could not recommend highly enough and the nicest person to deal with could not have been more helpful ❤️

Lovely location, Lovely hotel. Only problem was no heating in the room. The weather was cold at the time. We rang reception and an electric heater was provided. Heating still not fixed when we returned to our room the second night. We mentioned it at reception when we were checking out. The receptionist offered to get somebody to speak with us. We were in a hurry and couldnt wait. We were then told that someone would ring us in the next say or so. Two weeks later no phone call.

Incredible stay at killashee immaculate gardens woodlands gounds , play ground for kids , incredible amenities , bicycles to cycle around at the hotel , the spa facilities are amazing we went for my son birthday who got pampered at the spa which was amazing after spa treatment spent time in hydro pool which was unreal , family pool is also brilliant for kids and adults with jacuzzi Sauna and steam room, they have ice cold showers facilities, we had deluxe family room was amazing spacious all the added extra treats killashee done made it all so special little things they do for the kids are so kind , my whole family enjoy there stay and staff was all incredibly helpful friendly kind professional check in and check out was so smooth ,we enjoy trying different food on the menu ,although not to our taste we enjoy the experience can’t recommend it enough it’s amazing place location fantastic little oasis will definitely come again AMAZING :-)

Terrible room I left without staying as the room smelt so bad and was impossible to stay inside

The room was awful unbearable to stay the property was dirty
